Refund Policy
At SUPER OUD PERFUME – L.L.C – S.P.C, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds under the following conditions:
The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged during shipping.
The product appears to be tampered with.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
All refund requests must be supported by a valid proof of purchase and evidence of the issue (e.g., images of the damaged item).
If no refund policy applies to a specific product or service, this will be clearly communicated to customers before the purchase is finalized to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for order cancellations or replacements must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the order is shipped. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the product has already been dispatched.
Cancellation and replacement requests will be accepted under the following conditions:
The order was placed by mistake.
The customer no longer requires the product and it has not yet been shipped.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
If a product or service is not eligible for cancellation, this will be explicitly mentioned on the product/service page prior to purchase, to ensure transparency and avoid disputes.
